Embodied Movement is a practice that nurtures freedom, connection, and creative self-expression at the most fundamental level.

People who are embodied are just like the rest of us - with more of our natural strengths and fewer of our limitations.  They are confident, insightful, capable of intimacy and community. They remind us that the world can be a magical place, and that people in motion are capable of incredible things.

Feeling Overwhelmed?
Out of Touch?
Disconnected?

In life, each day can inundate us with information, responsibilities, and crises. It is easy to get overwhelmed or feel out of balance.

We can get lost in coping. We may get tense, space out, overeat, medicate, and double down on work to catch up.

When we don't like the way we feel, we try to feel less.
Every aspect of your life is impacted when you are cutoff from your feelings. Your body becomes simply a vehicle to get things done. It's like driving your car without putting any gas in. When your tank is empty, your only option is to push it or walk away.

Developing your physical resources through dance helps you find balance and new possibilities.

Dedicated Teacher
Lifelong Student

I know what it feels like to be cut off from my lived experience and to be overwhelmed by sensations, feelings, and destructive mental loops. I know what it feels like to deal with chronic pain - where the last thing I want to do is feel my body.

I have learned to work with and through these things and many others - to find a larger resourced perspective. Embodiment practices have taught me how to tolerate and enjoy being myself and have given me countless transcendent, soulful and ordinary "ah-ha" experiences.

I can support you.
